Terms of Service
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Benchrep, the sales call analysis service at benchrep.io, operated by Iryna Fralova AIDROP Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
The service
Benchrep analyses the sales call recordings you upload. You mark your best rep; Benchrep builds a playbook from how that rep sells and a report of each other rep's top gaps, with moments from their own calls. Reports are generated automatically and are guidance for coaching, not a judgement of anyone's performance or employment.
Your account and workspace
- You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure.
- You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including through API keys you create. Revoke a key you no longer use.
- You must be authorised to act for the company whose calls you upload.
Recording consent
You may upload only recordings made with the consent the law requires. Some US states, including California, Florida and Pennsylvania, require every party on a call to consent to its recording. Obtaining that consent is your responsibility. We store who uploaded each recording and when.
Plans and billing
- Free: a free audit at no cost, with the limits shown in the app.
- Team: $50 per month per workspace, whatever the number of reps, billed monthly in advance. It lifts the free audit's limits.
- Custom: terms agreed in writing.
Fair-use limits protect the service from abuse; we will contact you before applying one to your workspace.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes are added where they apply.
A subscription renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Settings in the app; it then ends at the close of the current billing period and is not renewed. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your data
You keep all rights to the recordings and other content you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We never use your calls to train models. How we handle your data, and how long we keep it, is described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting a call, a rep or your workspace erases the related audio, transcripts and analysis within 24 hours.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to, or recordings made without the consent the law requires.
- Do not try to access another workspace's data, disrupt the service, or get around its limits.
- Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Benchrep available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”: analysis can be wrong, and the service can be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features. We will tell you by email before a change to these terms or to the price of a paid plan takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Benchrep and delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them. When the agreement ends, your workspace and its data are erased as described above.
